This workshop deals with the art of shaping personal and company change processes sustainably and effectively with Presencing und Theory U from C.O. Scharmer.
As in all creative and innovative processes Presencing runs in a kind of U movement in seven steps. During the activity you get to know the corresponding principles and methods and experience their impact using practical exercises.
The internal position is essential, mindset as the source of action. This way we concentrate our focus on themes, that are really important and have a significant influence on the quality of our work. This is true of people as well as of organisations.
